ASIC IP is a Semiconductor Intellectual Property (SIP) company. ASIC IP offers solutions in IP design integration, sales and marketing based in Silicon Valley, CA. We are dedicated to providing the system on chip (SoC) designers the highest quality silicon proven connectivity IP controllers, physical (PHY) layers, microprocessors, power management solutions and design integration solutions from worldwide suppliers.

ASIC IP is founded by Jitu Choudhury, who brings ten years of experience in EDA, IP and design services. Jitu has extensive knowledge in ASIC designs, sales and marketing. He sold design services and complex IP products to major semiconductor companies. Prior to starting ASIC IP he served as a solutions account manager at Synopsys Inc. He held various positions in Avant! Corporation as a major accounts sale manager, he sold products and services to multi national companies. Jitu started his career with Cadence Design Systems Inc where he worked as a consultant engineer with the Spectrum Service group based in Bracknell UK. Jitu graduated from Liverpool JM University, UK. with a B.Eng. in electrical and electronics engineering and a M.Sc. in microelectronics and information systems. He also has a MBA in global management.

As Public Relations Manager at ASIC IP, Huma Imaduddin is responsible for all aspects of the company's public relation efforts. Prior to joining ASICIP, Huma worked in the Marketing/PR departments for a few IT companies in the Silicon Valley. In her positions, Huma was responsible for press releases, web site and product datasheet content and design, and sales lead generation.

Huma received a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Roosevelt University in Chicago, and completed a Master in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University, Hayward.
